Meet the team working to curate, produce and present Kathmandu Triennale 2077. While these are the primary members of the KT2077 team, we work very closely with a number of valued collaborators, volunteers, consultants and advisors who make the Triennale possible on all levels and stages of the project.

Sangeeta Thapa

Chairperson

Sangeeta Thapa is Chairperson and Founder of Kathmandu Triennale. She is also the Founder/Director of Siddhartha Arts Foundation as well as Siddhartha Art Gallery, established in 1987 in Kathmandu.

Sharareh Bajracharya is an arts educator and administrator who believes in the power of the arts to make the earth tremble, loosen up, for change. She is the Chairperson and Co-Founder of Srijanalaya, a non-profit organisation incorporating arts and creativity into education.

Sheelasha Rajbhandari is an artist based in Nepal. She is a founding member of ArTree Nepal artist collective, and has work housed in major international collections, contibuted to publications and has collaborated with Hit Man Gurung on several projects.

Hit Man Gurung is an artist based in Nepal and is one of the founding members of ArTree Nepal artist collective. His works have been collected widely. He also continues to collaborate with Sheelasha Rajbhandari on various projects including curation and publications.

Veeranganakumari Solanki is an independent curator and writer based in India. Her curatorial discourse has primarily focused on art practices within the extended South-Asian context. Her writing has been published in several international art journals and publications.
